And Welcome to Pennsylvania!

Hey guys! Sorry it's been so long, I wasn't use to the blogging thing to begin with so I never kept up, but I am going to try to this summer! As some of you know, I have moved to Pennsylvania for the summer to be a nanny for a family out here! This first picture cut off the "y" to the Hershey. Oh man, what an amazing experience. I would go into how I got here but it would take up too much room, so let's just say that it was definitely a blessing of how it all came about. I give thanks to my sister Krissi and her friend Katie. :) So anyway, I just wanted to share a few pictures with you of the things I've done and do and such. :) Tom and Misty are the mom and dad and Lexia is 7 and Lily is 2. For the most part I hang out with Lily during the day, she's 2, and Lexia is at school til around 4:15 ish. So here are some pictures and I'll narrate. :)

This is my room :) Cute little bed they had ready for me. It's a nice little room off the side of their basement and I basically get the whole bottom floor to myself.
My first full day here, Tom and Misty took me to Hershey Park and got me a season pass so I could take the girls. Lily is just tall enough to be a hershey kiss and Lexia is tall enough to be a hershey's bar, and this is Lexia and Misty on the Wild Cats roller coaster. Lexia's second big roller coaster ever! :)

I have had a great time so far and hope to do a lot more things with the girls and the family! Talk to you soon about some other things I've done! Bye!

Mesquite and Vegas Weekend

This past weekend which was October 17th-19th 2008, my roommate's mom and twin sister came and kidnapped us from Cedar and we headed straight to Mesquite! It was so spur of the moment and so fun!

Kylee and I had to run home from work and hurry to pack so that we could get on the road. The first thing we did was check into the Casa Blanca Hotel and then Mom paid for us all to go to an amazing buffet they have there!

Kylee Steph and Tiff all got into a cake fight so I pretended I wasn't associated with them but it was super funny! Then after dinner we all got our swimming suits on and played in the hot tub. There was a very interesting sight there at the the hot tub and also on the way back. Lets just say there were some REALLY made up girls/women there for some "business." HAHA. So after that we were just hanging out in the hotel room and we watched "What Happens in Vegas" which is a really funny show but kind of stupid at the same time.

We had pillow, not pellow, fights and we sumo wrestled across the beds! Its was fun! Kylee, Emily and I shared a bed, and Steph, Tiff, and Mom shared the other.

The next morning we got up and went to breakfast at the Oasis Casino Buffet. Oh yeah! Every time we go to eat, we sing Happy Birthday to Mom, and after we did that at breakfast, everyone in the casino clapped for us. :) I'll try to hurry this up! After breakfast we went swimming and tanning. Then Tiff and I came back in and mom was just chilling watching TV. Everyone else came in and we watched final desitantion then we randomly decided to go to Vegas! So we hurried and got ready and zipped down there.

We first saw the Belagio fountains in the car then we parked at Excaluber and played in the arcade underneath it and we all got stuff puppies!!

Then we went to the M&M World and I got some of the cool REAL M&Ms and I got a thing for my mommy :) And on our way down the strip we all danced with Zorro and Elvis!

K, then we Went home and we talked til like 2, and we didn't wake up til 12 the next day. But then we checked out of the hotel and drove to St. George and ate at Mongolian BBQ, it's sooooo good there! Then we got home! :D It was really one of the funnest weekends I've ever had! Way relaxing and nothing was really planned so we didn't have to worry about anything! Sorry if this was totally long and boring. But that's my weekend! :) BYE!

First of the Notes

Today I will write only a little for I have more to do in other places. I decided to create this blog for purposes mostly for myself, but others may come and go as they please. I have been thinking about what I have done with my life, and so far have come to the conclusion that for where I'm at right now, I am headed down the correct path even though past choices have led me astray. I am very happy with what I have right now and I will try and keep it that way. Sorry this had to be so short but I guess this will be a little intro to things to come.
